Being named a finalist for this award signifies that our team is among the best of the best, exemplifying the Pepsi spirit with unparalleled passion and expertise. Whether through volume and share growth across Retail Sales and On-Premise, product quality, customer service, and community involvement, our franchise has consistently delivered remarkable results.

This recognition comes at an especially significant time as we celebrate our 100-year anniversary. Remarkably, our Hamilton location, under the leadership of Steve Kaplan, last received this award in 1998, which marked PepsiCo’s centennial year. This historical parallel makes our current achievement even more meaningful.
